What teachers are saying

I love how Angela simplifies things. I have not mastered that skill yet. Soooo glad to feel like I'm on the path to a normal life and schedule. Getting closer! (So not there yet, but I'm ok with that as long as I am making progress and not stuck in the same rut I've been in for THIRTEEN years!!!)

Abigail Sarmiento

What teachers are saying

Angela is not only an advocate for teachers, she is the voice of hope, a soundboard for truth, and the guru of positive thinking and practice in a challenging profession. Listening to Angela is like detoxing for the teaching mind and soul; a recommended prescription for anyone in the profession.

What teachers are saying

This study was a balm to my frazzled spirit. It provided guidance, support, and encouragement with a perfect blend of scripture and common sense.

Barb Trombley, 3rd grade teacher, St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin

What teachers are saying

The book IS inspiring and reaffirming, but more importantly, it’s a plan. Angela’s laid out 20 concrete action steps designed to help teachers stay passionate about what they do. They’re things that you can do – right now – to improve your teaching and, in effect, your quality of life.

Blair Turner, One Lesson At a Time

What teachers are saying

I have followed Angela for years through her books and website. She has a way of looking for the positive without denying the issues we face. I enjoy her practical solutions and pro-active ideas.

Christine

What teachers are saying

Angela’s podcast is my motivation each week! She has not forgotten what it’s like to be in the classroom. Every teacher will appreciate her words of encouragement.

How can I get new episodes when they’re released?

You can subscribe via iTunes and download or stream the episodes on your computer, tablet, or smart phone at any time. Many people use the standard podcast player on their phones to subscribe (Pocket Casts and Stitcher are some alternatives.)

Where can I find show notes or a transcript of the recording?

Every Sunday, I feature the latest podcast episode on my blog. If you prefer to read the message or want to pass it on to friends who don’t listen to podcasts, you can get the info from the blog post and share that way. The blog post also provide links to resources mentioned in the podcast episode and provides a forum for discussion in the comments. You can see all previous blog posts + transcriptions here in the archive.

When is the podcast in production?

I run two seasons of TFT a year with a 2-3 month break between seasons. It’s structured this way to make the workload more sustainable for me so I don’t burn out and can keep creating new episodes for many years to come. Typically the podcast breaks for the winter holidays (Nov/Dec) and summer (June/July).

How can I spread the word and show my support?

If you find the podcast beneficial, I would LOVE for you to click here and leave a review for the show on iTunes! (The link will open up iTunes: click on “Ratings and Reviews” and then “Write a Review.”) Podcast reviews are super important–the more reviews we have, the more easily discoverable the show will be, and the more teachers we’ll be able to reach and inspire. Thank you for your support!

How do I give you feedback on the podcast?
