  1. This is one of the most useful podcasts I’ve listened to. I particularly liked the section where you used questions to help figure out how to make the habit suit your personal preferences. Thank you for putting this together – it was motivating and energizing to listen to the Sunday before I head back to school.

I am so confused and sad because I started this episode a few days ago and it completely shifted my thinking and mindset around my daily life and teaching practice, when I logged back on to listen to the rest of it it was gone. And I mean gone, like I’ve been searching endlessly for it on iTunes, various podcast apps, the internet etc. and I cannot find it anywhere. Was it a fluke that I got to listen to the first half?? It was only two days ago!?
