I know you’ve heard me talk about The 40 Hour Teacher Workweek Club, right? Over 30,000 educators have now used that program to help them streamline and simplify how they do a great job for kids.
And now starting in January, I’m offering a NEW option called 40 Hour Fast Track.
Fast Track is a 6 week condensed version of the Full Year course designed to help you reduce your workload IMMEDIATELY and start saving time.
Here’s how it’s different:
The Full Year program begins in July, when most teachers in the northern hemisphere are on summer break. You’re more likely to have time to think big picture, plan systems, and work ahead to prepare for the upcoming school year. So in that program, we focus on things that take an investment of time up front in order to save you time later. From there, the materials are released slowly over the course of an entire year, so you’re streamlining your entire teaching practice at a manageable pace and creating permanent change in your mindset and habits.
Obviously it would be overwhelming to squeeze a full year’s worth of strategies into 6 weeks, and our goal is to eliminate overwhelm!
So, Fast Track doesn’t include everything the full year course does. For example, it doesn’t include any back-to-school materials for setting up your classroom, or end-of-year close out systems. Fast Track also does not include resources for student engagement, tech tools, work/life balance, homework, parent communication, and several other topics you’ll find in Full Year.
(If you join Fast Track and later decide you want all the materials from the Full Year program, you’ll have an opportunity to get those — with free updates for the life of the club — at a super steep discount.)
Fast Track is perfect for teachers who:
- Don’t want to be overwhelmed with a lot of material to sort through
- Can’t commit to a year-long program
- Need to get quick results NOW, in the middle of the school year
- Want to learn the strategies in less time at a lower cost
- Like to skip to the “best stuff” and prefer summaries to in-depth explorations
Each week for 6 weeks, Fast Track will help you get immediate relief from working too many hours and feeling drained all the time. It focuses on just the MOST impactful strategies from the Full Year program:
- Week 1: Create a Sustainable Work Schedule
- Week 2: Reduce and Prioritize Tasks
- Week 3: Get Papers, Digital Files, and Lesson Materials Organized
- Week 4: Set Up Systems for a Self-Running Classroom
- Week 5: Simplify Your Lesson Planning Process
- Week 6: Streamline Grading and Assessment
Since 40 Hour Fast Track is focused on the main issues that almost all teachers are grappling with, I’m hoping it’s a better solution for special educators and others whose teaching contexts/subject areas aren’t very similar to most K-12 general education teachers. If you’ve been hesitant to join the club (or tried Full Year and found there was too much irrelevant content), Fast Track might be a better program for you.
Since Fast Track starts at the beginning of January and only lasts 6 weeks, our refund policy is in place through January 15th. Check out the bonuses and first two weeks of materials to see if they’re relevant. If you don’t reduce your workload and feel less stressed right away, you can email me by January 15th and get a full refund.
My hope with Fast Track is to give you the same results as the Full Year program — trimming 3, 5, or even 10+ hours off your workweek — but to get those results more quickly and with less time and effort on your part.
We kick off the program on January 4th. Sign up here to get an email with early access in late December!
