Ok, so it’s just a Wordle. This blog is only 5 months old, so the idea of doing a ‘best-of’ or year in review post seems a little premature. And anyway, most of the big stuff in 2008 happened before I started The Cornerstone: I turned 30, published my first book, and got engaged. At any rate, it’s been an amazing year, and there are many more changes and exciting events coming in 2009.
I don’t want to bring in the new year without saying THANK YOU to everyone who has read, subscribed to, recommended, and commented on this blog. Thank you for welcoming me into the blogosphere and sharing your ideas. I have learned so much from all of you and appreciate your support more than you could ever realize.
Enjoy the rest of your holiday break, and don’t forget to leave your ‘Not Waiting For a New Year’ Resolution by tomorrow, January 1, in order for your idea and blog link to be included in an upcoming post. Even if you’re not a resolutiony type of person, I’m sure you have ideas on how you want to improve your teaching practice when you return to school next week, and we’d love to read about them.
Happy a wonderful, happy, and blessed new year!!

¡Feliz Año Nuevo! Happy New Year!
Wow! You’re ambitious. I give you mad props. My blog turned two several days ago, and I have not yet done a year in review post. Like the Wordle. Very cool and creative!
Yes, happy new year to you, too! And happy blogging!
